  • Adoption and effectiveness of operating cadences, business reviews, planning processes, and performance management frameworks
  • Visibility into key business metrics, operational performance indicators, and initiative progress for field and executive leadership
  • Reduction of execution gaps, operational bottlenecks, and unresolved cross-functional dependencies

What you're great at:
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally within a high-growth or operations-intensive environment
  • Driving complex cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership, accountability, measurable outcomes, and executive-level visibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-ready presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and translate insights into action
  • Operating comfortably at both the strategic and tactical levels, seamlessly balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution
  • Building trust and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels without direct authority
  • Exercising sound judgment, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, operational rigor, and a bias for action
