Responsibilities:

The Director of Operations holds ultimate enterprise accountability for operational performance, award-winning culinary standards, and multi-unit execution across all portfolio concepts. This director provides strategic governance to ensure every property delivers world-class, luxury guest experiences, meets precise financial and EBITDA targets, enforces strict brand consistency, and achieves cross-market operational alignment.

As a core member of the Directorial Leadership Team, the DOO partners directly with Ownership, Finance, Human Capital, Culinary Leadership, and Brand Strategy to drive multi-unit operational rigor, scalable systems architecture, and sustainable fine dining expansion.

Strategic Multi-Unit Operations Oversight
  • Direct end-to-end operations across all multi-unit fine dining locations, ensuring absolute adherence to Michelin-caliber service protocols, culinary specifications, and luxury brand positioning.
  • Institute multi-unit operational rigor and continuous performance management through quantifiable KPIs, structured accountability mechanisms, and formal review cycles.
  • Provide directorial oversight to General Managers, Managing Partners, and Regional Operators, driving talent bench strength, award-winning execution, and enterprise succession planning.
  • Conduct regular, high-impact site audits to evaluate asset performance, mentor property leadership, oversee critical launch phases, and audit fine dining standards.
Financial Stewardship & Fiscal Management
  • Direct top- and bottom-line financial performance across the multi-unit portfolio to achieve target EBITDA, revenue benchmarks, labor efficiencies, and COGS optimizations.
  • Analyze unit-level and enterprise financial statements (P collaborate with Finance to identify operational variances, mitigate margin erosion, and maximize portfolio profitability.
  • Spearhead operational business planning, fine dining labor modeling, revenue forecasting, and quarterly financial reviews.
  • Enforce rigorous cost-containment strategies while fiercely safeguarding the award-winning guest experience and brand equity.
Human Capital, Culture & Talent
  • Cultivate a high-accountability organizational culture grounded in operational professionalism, luxury hospitality mastery, and directorial leadership standards.
  • Partner with Human Capital to attract, cultivate, and retain premier directorial and multi-unit operational talent across all leadership tiers.
  • Implement structured directorial coaching, succession modeling, and talent pipeline development across all award-winning concepts.
  • Champion an organizational culture where operational leaders continuously model core company values and guest-centric decision-making frameworks.
Enterprise Systems, SOP Architecture & Compliance
  • Oversee the evolution, deployment, and auditing of scalable multi-unit operational systems, fine dining SOPs, training curricula, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Guarantee 100% regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and strict adherence to internal quality control benchmarks across all luxury dining locations.
  • Collaborate closely with Michelin-starred Culinary, Beverage, and Marketing leadership to ensure immaculate execution of tasting menus, wine programs, limited-time offerings, and brand campaigns.
  • Streamline cross-functional communication matrices between corporate stakeholders, regional teams, and unit-level leadership to eliminate operational silos.
Award-Winning Guest Experience & Brand Stewardship
  • Championing the continuous elevation of the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring service delivery reflects the highest standards expected of an award-winning luxury hospitality group.
  • Systematically evaluate guest feedback metrics, culinary rating guide standards, brand reputation data, and market sentiment across digital platforms to formulate and execute targeted performance-elevation plans.
  • Drive ongoing innovation in fine dining service delivery, tableside hospitality, and guest engagement methodologies.
Multi-Unit Portfolio Expansion & Openings
  • Partner directly with Development, Real Estate, and Ownership on feasibility, multi-concept development, pipeline launches, and new market entry strategies.
  • Lead pre-opening operational readiness for new fine dining venues, encompassing staffing deployment, intensive luxury service training, tech stack installation, and go-live execution.
  • Ensure all new restaurant launches meet or exceed baseline operational, financial, and award-winning brand metrics from Day 1.
Cross-Functional & Directorial Leadership
  • Maintain strategic alignment with Finance, Human Capital, Marketing, Culinary, and Real Estate/Development to foster total corporate alignment and shared accountability.
  • Participate actively in directorial -level strategic planning, capital allocation decisions, and multi-year growth planning.
  • Champion macro-level enterprise initiatives, including tech-stack modernization, compliance management, corporate governance, and cultural integration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Multi-Unit Track Record: Demonstrated senior-level multi-unit operations leadership within premier, high-volume fine dining or award-winning luxury hospitality groups.
  • Fine Dining & Financial Mastery: Deep domain expertise in multi-property P&L management, fine dining labor modeling, COGS control, service design, and multi-unit restaurant infrastructure.
  • Directorial Presence: Strong leadership demeanor with exceptional coaching capacity, directorial diplomacy, and a track record of driving institutional accountability across award-winning concepts.
  • Proven P&L & Michelin-Level Impact: Demonstrated success in scaling multi-unit operations, driving EBITDA growth, and establishing award-winning operational consistency across dispersed geographic markets.
