Job description

Under direction of the Adult and Senior Care Program, Program Administrator, the Manager II, manages the development, directs and oversees operations, and the administrative support functions for the Program Clinical Consulting Unit (PCCU), including contracts and Infection Control, the Centralized Applications Bureau (CAB), and the Field Support Unit (FSU). Tracks all incoming and outgoing work products and all data needed to include in Budget Change Proposals (BCP) to support additional resources. The Manager II establishes administrative policies and procedures for the PCCU, CAB, and FSU designed to facilitate the effective operation of the units.

Working Conditions
This is a Statewide recruitment and may be headquartered in the following Community Care Licensing Regional Offices: Sacramento, Orange, Santa Rosa, Oakland, Fresno, San Diego, Monterrey Park, El Segundo, Woodland Hills, San Jose, or San Bruno.
This position may be eligible for Hybrid work. In-person attendance is required based on the operational needs of the position and in accordance with Executive Order N-22-25 the Statewide Hybrid Telework Policy, Government Code section 14200, and any applicable department telework requirements. The successful candidate must reside in California at the time of appointment. Proof of California residency may be required.
This position may also require statewide travel to include overnights based on operational needs.
