Operations Manager Two Jobs in Riverview, FL (NOW HIRING)

Sodexo is seeking a Multi Service Operations Manager 2 to oversee Food Services - retail, doctor's lounge, catering and floor stock nourishment program at Tampa General Hospital. This is a 1300 bed acute care hospital located in Tampa, FL.

This position will oversee a team of 65 frontline with 2 managers, reporting to the General Manager. This is primarily a day shift, M-F opportunity, must be flexible for additional times especially catering events.

About the job

Serve as the key operational leader supporting a multifaceted service environment. Oversee two or more core service areas, including Transport, Concierge, or the Service Response Center, and step in with full leadership authority when the General Manager is away. Guide managers, strengthen customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless operations while influencing both daily performance and long-term success.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $86275 - $111650
