Position Summary The Operations Manager serves on the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer service to build consumer loyalty at CVS/pharmacy. Essential Functions Lead and manage store crews, supervising, assigning and directing activities. Communicate information to crew and supervisors in a timely manner. Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank). Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical and computer skills. Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent responses. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. High School diploma or equivalent. Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 hours per week. Pay Range $18.00 - $28.00 per hour. Salary depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
