Job Summary:
Commure is on a mission to simplify healthcare through innovative AI solutions. The Senior Operations Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies and driving revenue cycle management by collaborating across various teams and owning key operational metrics.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build out scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability
โ€ข Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper-growth environment
โ€ข Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability)
โ€ข Be responsible for owning key operational metrics, productivity is based off pushing metrics forward not time
โ€ข Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3+ years of experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
โ€ข B. S. or M.S. in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science from a top 20 university
โ€ข Advanced in SQL and Python, experience with Retool, API & Web Scraping a bonus
โ€ข Experience driving results as an IC and working with technical teams to drive scalable architecture
โ€ข Ability to drive the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of our key metrics.
โ€ข Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
โ€ข Comfort in Chaos: You are comfortable working in an autonomous environment, can expertly prioritize and have a knack for identifying internal and external blockers.
