D2 Government Solutions, Inc.
Position Overview
D2 Government Solutions is seeking a Supervisory Project Manager to oversee contract staff and manage project execution within their assigned areas of responsibility. This key position will ensure all projects are completed on schedule, meet stakeholder expectations, and align with contractual requirements. The Supervisory Project Manager will lead project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting activities while maintaining strong communication with government stakeholders and internal teams.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities
  • Assign tasks, manage workloads, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk‑management strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate issues when necessary to support successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are completed on time and provide bi‑weekly briefings to stakeholders and customers.
  • Prepare project plans for each assigned effort, establish proposed timelines, track progress, and submit plans for COR approval.
  • Gather and solicit feedback on completed projects to ensure compliance with government standards and support continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in program or project management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
