We have strategic partnerships with cloud application leaders in human capital management and accounting/finance (ERP) operations. Our rapid growth provides experienced consultants an opportunity to fully develop their consulting career, while creating deep expertise in market leading cloud computing applications.
Enforce is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager to ensure cloud computing customers receive a return on their application investment. The Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager sets direction on all stages of the implementation life-cycle, including gathering client requirements, configuration, multiple complex testing approaches, and application deployment. Throughout the project, you are working closing with project sponsors and practice managers to ensure customer expectations are met and the projects deploy on-time and on-budget.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy implementation project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and optimize return on investment
  • Manage all aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and full deployment
  • Document/validate client business requirements
  • Conduct consulting sessions to advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment and document with meeting minutes
  • Conduct internal project meetings
  • Provide clients with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
  • Conduct weekly status calls with Customers regarding their project progress
  • Conduct bi-weekly sponsor calls with client executives to review the project plan and status at a high level
  • Track all deliverable items for a project and relay status of action items on weekly status calls
  • Work with clients to implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for roll-out
  • Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external clients, and other third parties as needed to ensure the successful delivery
  • Responsible for managing the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of employee data

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related field is required
  • 3-5 years experience in Software Implementation
  • 1-2 years of software implementation project management experience is preferred
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing environment, including experience with an HRIS system is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with change management is an asset
  • Proven experience working with large amounts of data (i.e. facts, figures, number crunching, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data and determine conclusions
  • Demonstrated critical thinking through reviewing numbers, trends, and data yielding conclusions based on findings
  • Attention to detail - Must be vigilant in analysis to come to correct conclusions
  • Superior math skills
  • High level of integrity working with highly confidential client and customer data
  • Experience in business process mapping
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Knowledge & Skills
  • Demonstrated familiarity in relational databases including SQL & XML
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel & Word
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and clients at the same time and manage priorities
