These managers act as a bridge between upper management and project teams, ensuring strategic objectives are met while maintaining operational excellence.

How does an operations manager project manager balance strategic oversight with hands-on project execution?

Operations Manager Project Managers are often required to juggle both high-level strategy and day-to-day project management. This dual responsibility means regularly aligning project objectives with organizational goals while also staying closely involved in timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
