Manager, Business Operations CAN

The Manager, Business Operations CAN is responsible for driving organizational success through strategic planning, execution, and operational oversight while leading District Managers operating in the field. This role oversees crossfunctional initiatives, process improvements, and technology integration to support growth and efficiency. The position manages client and stakeholder relationships, ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, and tracks performance through key performance indicators to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support organizational goals while monitoring market trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities

Work is performed in a retail in-store environment, which may include working in variable temperatures such as refrigerated areas, freezer sections and deli/bakery areas. The position typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each workday performing the following activities: Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use consumer goods products, prepare, and serve food and beverages safely as appropriate for the product demonstration.
