WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead the execution of the brand daily

  • Competent in all FOH & BOH position

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH

  • Responsible for Same Store Sales growth

  • Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews

  • Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo'Bettahsstandards

  • Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-PremiseCoordinator, and Certified Trainer

  • Review weekly employee schedules

  • Complete weekly reports, self-reporting,peoplePAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc.

  • Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo'Bettahsculture

  • Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, andmaintaina neat and clean appearance

  • Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management

  • Proventrack recordof successfully promoting team members

  • Experience inidentifyingand developing talent within a team

  • Ability to make difficult personnel decisions

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Base Salary - $55k - $70k

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see,hearand speak (verbally and audibly). Required toascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time,lift upto 50 pounds,bend, stoop and kneel. May berequiredto work outside in various weather conditions. May berequiredto work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen,using amouseand manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked todrive or travel by car,airor other transportation for business purposes. Must be able tofunction effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to workresponsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Mustdiscloseprescribed and/orover-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essentialfunctions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
