What You'll Be Doing

As a Manager in Training, you’ll embark on a structured program designed to teach you every aspect of our business. Here’s what you’ll dive into:

Customer Experience
  • Deliver exceptional service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Learn garment inspection, ticketing procedures, and build lasting customer relationships.
Store Operations
  • Master opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Support scheduling, labor management, and maintaining company standards.
Garment Knowledge
  • Gain expertise in garment care, including wet cleaning, wash & press, and specialty items like wedding gowns and household textiles.
Production Operations
  • Understand garment flow from intake to delivery, quality inspection, and production scheduling.
Leadership Development
  • Develop skills in coaching, performance management, hiring, conflict resolution, and team communication.
Business Development
  • Contribute to local marketing, sales growth initiatives, and community outreach.
  • Support customer retention and commercial account development.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Support employees with training and coaching.
  • Ensure garments are processed accurately and maintain quality standards.
