About the Role

We’re hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Associates to join our team. In this role, you’ll work independently in a clean, modern facility, assisting customers and ensuring their garments receive the highest level of care. Whether you’re a student, parent, or professional seeking part-time work, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll play an essential role in creating a positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with garment drop-off and pickup.
• Inspecting, tagging, and sorting garments for processing.
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
• Creating and managing customer invoices.
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Maintaining an organized and professional front counter.
• Assisting with training, social media, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Comfort working independently in a quiet environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Shifts from 2pm - 7pm Mon-Fri and from 9am - 4pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays
