The Operations Manager In Training is a developmental role preparing individuals for managerial responsibilities, focusing on learning company processes. In contrast, an Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations directly, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Both roles are essential in operational workflows but differ mainly in responsibility level and scope.
Summary
The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader positionโs primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: โTo create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.โ The LIT and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.
