Responsibilities of a General Manager:
- Minimum 1 year of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry
- College level course work in Health Science, Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology or relevant certification
- Availability for 1 - 2 weeks out of town job training
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner and sister studio in East Cobb
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales
- Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
