Our Operations Managers are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure all food is prepared according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Monitor holding times and maintain quality standards
- Verify proper cooling, labeling, dating, and storage procedures
