JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently growing our team, and are looking for an individual who is efficient, effective and able to operate in a fast-paced environment. Supervisors set the tone and lead by example. We will provide full training for all roles, so although preferred, previous experience is not required.


Requirements

· Walking and standing for long periods of time

· Ability to work under pressure in a high fast-paced environment adhering to tight deadlines

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

· Are able to engage others and develop high performance within your team

· Customer service or Restaurant background preferred

· Customer satisfaction mindset

· Flexible schedule

· Must be able to lift 25 lbs

· Able to supervise 10-18 employees

· Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences

· Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your teams
