Job description

The System Operations Manager will oversee all system operations activities, develop and enforce operational policies, mentor junior staff, and manage large-scale projects. This person will develop and maintain the System Operations Plan and coordinate between different operational teams. This person will establish operational standards and best practices, lead operational reviews and assessments, and ensure integration of all operational components. This person will analyze operational performance metrics and recommend improvements, manage operational risks, and collaborate with program management to align operational solutions with program objectives. This person will design and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability, establish incident management and problem management processes, and develop capacity planning strategies to ensure adequate resources. This person will lead operational readiness activities for new system deployments, coordinate operational activities across multiple teams and environments, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. This person will develop and manage operational budgets, establish service level agreements for operational services, and represent operations in cross-functional leadership forums.
Requirements
  • SECRET Security Clearance Required
  • CND, GFACT, GSEC, or Security+ certification (for Junior/Journeyman roles)
  • SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, or SSCP (for Senior roles)
  • We are actively seeking multiple levels:
    • Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
