Environmental Services Director - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

At Rancho Springs Memory Care, our purpose is to protect, engage, and love people living with memory loss and their families. We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Director to join our team, dedicated to providing the highest quality care, comfort, and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the environmental services program, ensuring a safe, active, and loving environment for our residents

  • Directly manage environmental services employees, including hiring, coaching, and training, as well as terminating employment in accordance with HR processes and policies

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work to maintain and repair building systems and equipment

  • Monitor and repair flooring and roof, ensuring a clean and safe environment

  • Utilize a wide array of tools and attend in-service training workshops and meetings as required

  • Conduct work tasks safely and in compliance with our safety program

  • Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, and coworkers

  • Promote and protect the rights of all residents

Requirements:

  • Graduation from high school and one to two years of experience in a related field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Supervisory experience is highly preferred

  • Possess or be able to possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be free of restrictions or limitations

  • Criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption, as required by law
