Job Description

The Treasury Client Services Professional II - Corporate Card provides advanced technical, operational, and client support for a portfolio of corporate card clients and program administrators. The role serves as a trusted resource for clients, assisting with a wide range of service inquiries, including card usage, Spend Control administration, new user setup, and fleet card support. The TCSP II partners closely with Corporate Card Sales, Corporate Card Account Managers, Relationship Managers, and Treasury Management Officers to deliver exceptional client service, strengthen relationships, and support overall program success through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Directly support all service aspects of corporate card
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service through effective communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests
  • Respond to all customers and updates the customer on the status of all issues on a same day basis
  • You will proactively contact existing customers to relate information regarding system changes, enhancements, outages, regulatory changes or any other information that could cause material customer impact


The following systems will be utilized in this role:
TSYS (Total Systems) Green Screens/Soni/Mocha; TSYS Access Manager; Spend Control; Power BI; Exchange; One Note; Business Invoicing

Education & Experience Requirements

The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 4 years' experience in a bank operations or customer service position or 7 to 8 years' equivalent experience in a bank operations or customer service function. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line computer systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Bank operations
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service etiquette
  • Excellent knowledge of banking and Treasury Management products
  • Good PC and software application skills (Microsoft Office, Excel; Word)
  • Thorough understanding of a multitude of software products and the ability to understand new
  • applications with a minimum of prior exposure to the product
  • Excellent ability to handle multiple requests in a competent and professional manner
