Position Overview

The Private Credit Investment Manager is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing private credit investments across various sectors and risk profiles. Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate private credit investment opportunities, including direct loans, syndicated loans, and mezzanine debt

  • Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for new investments

  • Structure transactions, negotiate terms, and prepare investment documentation

  • Monitor portfolio performance, including covenants compliance, risk metrics, and repayment schedules

  • Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and models for credit portfolio insights

  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reporting for internal investment committees and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure proper execution and monitoring

  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and credit risk dynamics


Preferred Qualifications
