The Opportunity: As a facilities professional, you understand that enterprise‑level real property asset planning requires careful analysis, disciplined coordination, and the ability to translate facility conditions and planning data into actionable, mission‑aligned documentation. We need an experienced facilities professional who can apply analytical skills, strategic insight, and strong communication to support Marine Corps real property asset management planning at the enterprise-level. On our team, you’ll support enterprise real property asset planning by helping evaluate real property portfolios, reviewing facility utilization and condition information, and preparing structured analysis to support long‑term investment and planning decisions. Your ability to synthesize facility data, interpret planning priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders will help the Marine Corps maintain an accurate and mission‑aligned asset picture that informs readiness decisions. With mentoring, exposure to enterprise‑level tools, and opportunities to learn new skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Work with us as we support real property asset management and planning efforts that strengthen facility sustainment and readiness across the Marine Corps. Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • Ability to interpret facility or programming information, operational requirements, or enterprise planning inputs, and incorporate them into structured summaries
  • Ability to coordinate with installation or enterprise‑level stakeholders to support requirement tracking, asset verification, or planning workflows
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience supporting facilities management, asset planning, installation operations, or infrastructure analysis, or Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience supporting facilities management, asset planning, installation operations, or infrastructure analysis
