Nation Security is a leading organization in Security Guard Services, dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team and lead our security operations to the next level.


Position Overview:
The Security Operations Manager will oversee and manage the company's security operations. This includes developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols and managing security personnel and resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and assess security operations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate and oversee security-related activities, including surveillance, access control, and incident response.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics.
