Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of multiple locations across Ohio, Pennsylvania, NY, Virginia and Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the home services industry, with a preference for plumbing experience, and the ability to drive operational efficiencies while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing to travel up to 50% of the time to ensure the success and consistency of operations across all sites. This position must live in or near one of the following cities in the listed states and maintain an office at that location, those cities include: Syracuse, Allentown, Roanoke, Johnstown, Medina, or North Canton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Operations Managers across multiple sites to achieve business objectives and exceed performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all locations.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with site managers to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to site management teams.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure that financial targets are met across all sites.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to oversee operations, conduct site visits, and support the team in each location.
