Job description

The Management Trainee provides critical support to the VP, Installation, Business Solutions, Americas, and the Installation Leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in project execution and leadership. This role supports business reviews, coordinates meeting planning and logistics, and leads key administrative and operational activities for the leadership team (1 VP and multiple Directors). This is a structured 24 month development position built to prepare the trainee for progression into an Installation, Project, or line management role.We offer:

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$68,625to$100,650salary at the time of posting. Final compensation will bedeterminedbyvarious factorssuch as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What you will do in this Role:

  • Serves as a key point of contact for the Installation Leadership team, supporting internal and external communications.
  • Coordinates and manages installation leadership meetings, including agenda development, progress reporting, schedule reviews, productivity tracking, and action item management.
  • Tracks and follows up on action items for the Installation Leadership and Management team.
  • Supports administrative and operational activities tied to installation and construction execution, including travel to job sites, coordination of field resources, and logistics planning.
  • Assists with the preparation of installation reviews, construction schedules, efficiency dashboards, and leadership presentations, using standardized reporting formats and tools.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on installation efficiency, labor productivity, schedule compression, and bestpractice construction methods.
  • Participates in special projects involving construction scheduling, installation systems, labor strategies, and deployment of pioneering construction management methods and tools (e.g., Advanced Work Packaging).

Experience Desired:

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing construction projects, coordinating tasks, installation, or related executionfocused roles.
  • Exposure to construction scheduling, site execution support, installation coordination, or field operations.
  • Experience using or supporting construction management systems, scheduling tools, or methods for tracking efficiency preferred.
  • Field experience as a Supervisor, Superintendent, Foreman, or other frontline field leadership role is strongly preferred.
  • Prior military experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility (including enlisted leadership roles) is considered a strong asset.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • Coursework or practical experience in construction planning, scheduling, labor efficiency, or lean construction methods is a plus.
