This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.

Internship dates: As of August 31st for a duration of 4 or 6 month (candidates preference)


*This internship requires attendance on one of the following two shifts, at the candidate's choice: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.


The role we are offering you:


By joining our Manufacturing Operations team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the heart of production operations. This internship is designed to develop future leaders by providing direct exposure to team supervision, manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Supported by experienced managers, you will build the skills required to pursue future supervisory and management opportunities.


Are you ready to:


  • Support the day-to-day supervision of production activities;
  • Work closely with employees on the production floor and support team engagement;
  • Promote a safe and respectful work environment while supporting Health & Safety initiatives;
  • Contribute to the achievement of quality, productivity and delivery targets;
  • Participate in performance analysis, KPI tracking and continuous improvement projects.

Our ideal candidate has:


  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Leadership potential, initiative and team-building abilities;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles (an asset)

Preferred Education


  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.

Location of the internship is Montreal.
Internship will be carried out on-site.


*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
