Position Summary

The NX Workforce Management Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Nursing

Experience (NX) ecosystem by helping ensure that the right nursing resources are available at

the right time to deliver exceptional patient and client experiences. This position supports

workforce planning, staffing optimization, schedule management, real-time operational

monitoring, and workforce reporting across IntellaTriage operations. By partnering closely with

Workforce Management, Clinical Operations, and operational leaders, the associate helps

maintain appropriate staffing coverage, optimize service levels, and support the continuity of

safe, high-quality nurse triage services. This role directly contributes to operational excellence,

clinician engagement, and the scalability of the NX model as IntellaTriage continues to grow.

Core Responsibilities

Assist with workforce forecasting and staffing plans.

Monitor daily staffing levels and schedule adherence.

Create, maintain, and publish employee schedules.

Analyze workforce trends, attendance, productivity, and service-level metrics.

Support real-time operational monitoring and staffing adjustments.

Generate workforce reports and dashboards for leadership.

Coordinate with Operations, Clinical Leadership, HR, and Finance teams.

Identify staffing gaps and recommend schedule adjustments.

Maintain workforce management systems and ensure data accuracy.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across workforce operations.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, healthcare operations, or a

related field.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; workforce management software experience preferred.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations

Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.

Benefits

FT position with a base pay of 23.50 per hour. All part-time and full-time employees accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year). All part-time and full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Full-time employees may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurances.
