Company Description
Founded in 1986, Greenleaf Development is a Buffalo-based real estate development and property management company dedicated to preserving historic architecture and creating high-quality housing throughout Western New York. For nearly 40 years, our team has revitalized apartment buildings, commercial properties, and historic landmarks while maintaining a long-term commitment to the neighborhoods we serve.
At Greenleaf, we take pride in being more than just property owners. We are builders, problem-solvers, and community stakeholders who believe in improving properties and creating places people are proud to call home. Our projects range from historic restorations and large-scale renovations to ongoing property management and maintenance across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial real estate.
We foster a hands-on, team-oriented culture where employees have the opportunity to learn every aspect of the real estate business—from construction and maintenance to development, leasing, and property operations. Whether you're an experienced professional or just getting started, Greenleaf offers the chance to gain valuable skills, work on meaningful projects, and contribute to the continued growth of Buffalo.
Our mission is simple: preserve the character of our city's historic buildings, improve the quality of our housing stock, and create lasting value for residents, neighborhoods, and future generations.
