Job description

Coho Consulting Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to support organizational planning, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives for the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE) at MacDill AFB, FL. The Operations Analyst will assist Government leadership by analyzing organizational metrics, evaluating operational performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting strategic planning efforts that enhance mission effectiveness across the enterprise.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Analyze organizational performance and operational metrics.
  • Support development of strategic plans and operational initiatives.
  • Research industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical briefings.
  • Collect and analyze operational data supporting leadership decisions.
  • Monitor organizational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical personnel.
  • Maintain operational documentation and reporting tools.
  • Support resource planning and mission analysis activities.
  • Assist with development of performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Participate in operational planning meetings and working groups.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Security Clearance
    • Active Top-Secret Clearance required
  • Education and Certification:
    • No degree required
    • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs preferred
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
