You'll be one of the go-to people our fans count on, assisting season ticket members, group leaders and individual fans with everything from ticket purchases and digital ticketing to game-day questions and problem-solving. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Ticket Liaison supports ticketing operations and customer service for the Athens Rock Lobsters during scheduled office hours and home games. This position assists season ticket members, group leaders and individual ticket purchasers with ticket purchases, account management, digital ticketing and general venue inquiries. On game days, the Ticket Liaison provides front-line support at the box office and will-call areas, helping resolve ticketing and account-access issues while delivering a positive and professional fan experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Office Operations: Staff the front office ticketing lines during scheduled weekday hours; process ticket sales, upgrades, and exchanges using our ticketing platform.
  • Game Day Execution: Manage the main ticketing box office/will-call table on game days, resolving ticketing disputes, scans, and account access issues efficiently.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist season ticket members and group package holders with special requests, seat relocation, and digital ticketing app troubleshooting.
  • Inbound Communications: Answer phone calls and respond to ticketing email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales Assistance: Identify upselling and lead-generation opportunities during customer interactions and relay leads to the sales executive team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Prior experience in customer service, box office operations, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with digital ticketing systems (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, or similar platforms).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekday office shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays according to the home game schedule.
