The Senior Operations Manager - Sleep Services is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, performance management, and regulatory oversight of sleep lab services across the Charleston division. This role provides direct operational management for Charleston and Shawn Jenkins and structured oversight for Orangeburg and Bluffton.

The Senior Operations Manager - Sleep Services is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, performance management, and regulatory oversight of sleep lab services across the Charleston division. Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sleep services or related clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Proven success in leading underperforming teams and improving operational outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of sleep medicine operations, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • Experience in academic medical center or complex healthcare system.
  • Experience leading recruitment and workforce stabilization initiatives.
