Job description

Lead with Purpose. Partner with Impact. The Platform Operations Specialist supports Bluespring Wealth Partners by assisting with operational initiatives, firm onboarding activities, process execution, and platform adoption efforts. This role works closely with internal teams and partner firms to help ensure a consistent operational experience while supporting the growth and integration of Bluespring firms.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and interested in developing expertise in wealth management operations, platform services, and firm integrations.
What You'll Do:
  • Support day-to-day operational initiatives across Bluespring firms.
  • Assist with execution of operational projects and process improvements.
  • Track and follow up on operational requests, issues, and action items.
  • Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources.
  • Coordinate with shared services teams to support timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
  • New hire onboarding support
  • Maintain operational trackers and reporting tools.
  • Support data collection, validation, and reporting activities.
  • Assist with testing and validation of operational processes and technology enhancements.
  • Escalate issues and risks identified during day-to-day operations.
  • Support partner firms in understanding and utilizing approved platform tools.
  • Help develop training materials, guides, and resource documentation.
  • Gather feedback from firms and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Promote consistent use of operational best practices.

What You Bring:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, client service, financial services, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with common fintech and CRM systems such as Redtail, Salesforce, Black Diamond, Orion, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools, or workflow platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with wealth management, RIA operations, or financial services is preferred.
