Job description

Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group (CCD) is seeking dependable and customer-focused Reserve Operations Associates to provide flexible support for our valet, passenger assist, cashier, and keybox operations at Nashville International Airport. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, professional, and enjoy working in a fast-paced airport environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Reserve team members provide coverage as needed to support daily operations, peak travel periods, employee absences, and special events. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in airport operations, customer service, and hospitality.

The Reserve Operations Associate will assist with a variety of operational duties, including supporting valet operations, providing passenger assistance, and helping ensure smooth daily operations across assigned work areas. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing directions, assisting travelers with general airport inquiries, supporting ADA compliance by assisting passengers with accessibility needs, and maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at all times. Employees may also assist with cashier functions, including processing payments, handling transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service. In addition, the role may involve keybox support, including issuing and receiving keys, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Team members may rotate between operational areas based on business needs.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-traffic environment, outdoors in various weather conditions, and standing or walking for extended periods. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, transportation, valet, cashier, or airport operations is preferred but not required.

All candidates must be able to pass a background check and be eligible to obtain and maintain a TSA-issued airport security badge. Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
