Graduate Assistants (GAs) are, first and foremost, graduate students pursuing an education. The opportunity to work closely with faculty members and undergraduate students in a higher education environment is an integral part of that education.

Position Summary:
The Graduate Assistant (GA) for the Academic Peer Coaching Program supports the daily operations, assessment, and continued development of the Academic Peer Coaching Program within Engineering Academic Services. The GA serves as the primary coordinator for undergraduate Academic Peer Coaches, ensuring high-quality student support services while assisting with program administration, training, assessment, and outreach initiatives. In addition to supporting the Academic Peer Coaching Program, the Graduate Assistant will collaborate with members of the Engineering Academic Services team to provide administrative and operational support for college advising initiatives and office operations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a registered graduate student in good standing enrolled in a degree program at the University of Maryland and must be making satisfactory progress toward the degree.
Graduate Assistant I is for master's students.
