Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Excellence Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our global support operations. In this role, you will dissect complex challenges to discern whether they stem from people, processes, or tools, providing actionable insights directly to our executive leadership team. You will work within an Inclusive and collaborative environment that empowers professionals to unlock their potential, shape their careers, and deliver high-impact insights that sharpen executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Analysis & Insights

  • Evaluate operational challenges utilizing a holistic approach to determine if root causes stem from people, processes, or tools

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover underlying patterns and mitigate inefficiencies

  • Respond to executive requests by transforming data into clear visualizations that pass the "blink test" and deliver actionable recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Business Operations teams to build and fine-tune interactive dashboards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives that help to provide operational efficiency

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by preparing and delivering tailored, logically sound presentations

Job Requirements:

Technical Expertise

  • Data Visualization to build reports using Tableau logic and metric definitions

  • Data Mining to extract insights from ITSM tools including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Purecloud

  • Presentation Software to craft persuasive, audience-tailored briefings using PowerPoint or Google Slides

Professional Experience

  • Critical Thinking to embrace a mindset of continuous optimization and constructive problem-solving

  • ITIL Framework to align operational processes with established industry best practices

  • Communication Skills to convey complex technical data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Target Base Salary Range:$90,000- $100,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
