This role ensures full compliance with Chick-fil-A's operational standards across all areas, including food production, food safety, customer experience, facility maintenance, inventory management, financial stewardship, and team leadership. The Director plays a key role in developing leaders, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that every guest receives the highest quality products and service.
