AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL (The day-to-day on the job)
  • Provide direct support to both the Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
  • Utilize technical writing skills for the creation and revision of protocols and reports.
  • Oversee and assist Engineers with their assigned projects.
  • Support the execution activities of capital projects.
  • Coordinate projects required with manufacturing operations and support areas to enable smooth project implementation activities.
  • Coordinate facility construction and equipment installation activities for projects.
  • Support the overall construction design aspects related to facility and equipment projects.
  • Routinely audit the operational performance and regulatory compliance of a moderate number of equipment items or systems of significant complexity.
  • Collaborate extensively with research, manufacturing, maintenance, process development, utilities, facilities, quality assurance, and/or validation departments.
  • Work under the direct supervision of project managers to complete design, engineering, and construction projects within schedule and budget constraints.
  • Generate rudimentary project cost estimates and schedules.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven methodologies to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Under general supervision, evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, basic principles, and procedures.
