Responsibilities:

  • Consistently measuring restaurant performance and leading the adjustments for continuous improvement. 
  • Overseeing and/or Executing Labor Productivity
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being followed. 
  • Continually looking for ways to evaluate and improve customer metrics. 
  •  Handling ALL financial aspects of our store from office administration to lag measurement results 
  • Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with honor, dignity and respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
  • Leaning into accountability issues with peers and subordinates immediately and documenting appropriately. 
  • Communicating employee performance and policy/procedure violations to Operator/Franchisee for appropriate handling.
  •  Facilitating a culture of winning; Exposing successes as Team Members create “REMARK”able experiences. 
  • Strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures described in the Employee Handbook, Job Descriptions and what’s addressed in weekly Leadership Meetings.
