Job Title: Assistant Sales & Operations Director: Restore Hyper Wellness - Rock Hill, SC)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Rock Hill, SC (In-studio)
Compensation: Competitive base pay + commissions + performance bonuses (OTE based on experience)
About Restore Hyper Wellness - Rock Hill
Restore Hyper Wellness is a national leader in proactive health, recovery, and longevity, offering IV therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression, sauna, body optimization, and skin health services. Our Rock Hill studio is growth-focused, metrics-driven, and committed to delivering real outcomes for our clients-not transactional sales.
The Role: Assistant Sales & Operations Director
This is not a front-desk role. You will be leading the studio with the Wellness Director, through sales, building custom client care plans and assisting in driving top line revenue
We are hiring a sales-driven wellness leader who will:
  • Own membership and package sales on the studio floor
  • Lead by example as a top producer
  • Grow into a Wellness Director or Operations Director role as performance and business needs allow

You'll work directly with ownership and studio leadership to convert consultations into long-term care plans, lead the sales floor, and prepare to run a studio.
What You'll Do
Sales & Client Experience
  • Conduct wellness consultations and goal-based discovery conversations
  • Sell memberships, packages, and add-on services across multiple modalities
  • Confidently explain and position IV therapy, recovery services, and wellness programs in outcome-focused language
  • Drive conversion from first visit → membership and consistently hit weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives retention and referrals

Leadership & Operations
  • Support daily studio operations and opening/closing procedures
  • Act as a shift lead when scheduled, owning sales results and client experience during those shifts
  • Coach and support wellness representatives on discovery, recommendations, and closing
  • Reinforce scripts, offers, and care-plan frameworks on the floor
  • Track and report sales metrics, conversion rates, and member engagement

Assistant Director Development
  • Learn scheduling, staffing, and basic performance management
  • Understand key P&L drivers: labor efficiency, revenue mix, memberships, and add-ons
  • Participate in leadership meetings and rhythm (huddles, 1:1s, pipeline reviews)
  • Prepare to move into a Studio Manager role as the business scales and you demonstrate consistent results

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
  • Health, wellness, fitness, or medical sales experience
  • Proven, documented success selling multiple products or service lines (memberships, packages, add-ons, programs, etc.)
  • Strong consultative selling skills (not order-taking or purely transactional retail)
  • Comfortable with goals, KPIs, and performance-based expectations
  • Light leadership experience (key-holder, shift lead, peer trainer, or similar)
  • Desire to grow into management while staying close to the sales process

Strongly Preferred Backgrounds
  • Wellness studios (IV therapy, cryotherapy, med spas, fitness, boutique wellness)
  • Membership-based or subscription-based sales (gyms, studios, clubs, or similar)
  • High-ticket retail requiring discovery, education, and closing
  • Formal sales training (corporate, medical, or recognized programs)

Who You Are
  • You believe wellness changes lives-and you can sell it with confidence
  • You are polished, professional, and client-focused
  • You take ownership of your numbers and of floor performance when you're leading
  • You want more than a job-you want a clear, earned path into studio management

What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay
  • Performance-based commissions and bonuses
  • Clear path to Studio Manager for top performers
  • Hands-on sales and leadership training from ownership and studio leadership
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding national wellness brand

How to Apply
On Indeed, please include:
  • Your resume
  • A short note describing:
    • Your wellness, health, fitness, or medical sales experience
    • The types of products/services you've sold simultaneously (memberships, packages, add-ons, programs, etc.)
    • Any formal sales training you've completed
    • Why Restore Hyper Wellness - Rock Hill aligns with your long-term goals

If you want, tell me the base range/OTE you're targeting and I can add a tight compensation blurb that matches Indeed's pay transparency expectations.
