Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving customer retention. This role requires hands-on experience in the trucking or logistics industry, a strong professional network, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

You will work closely with Operations and Leadership to ensure commercial growth aligns with operational capacity and service quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
