  • Refresh Tableau dashboards and review solution data for accuracy and performance.

  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for common support issues.
  • Collaborate with Client Operations team members and other internal stakeholders.
  • Learn and use technology platforms such as Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Zendesk, Confluence, Tableau, and Azure.
What You’ll Gain
  • Hands-on experience supporting client-facing technology and analytics solutions.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud technology, and data visualization.
  • Experience using professional support, ticketing, documentation, and collaboration platforms.
  • Opportunities to strengthen your technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience communicating findings, documenting solutions, and working across teams.
  • Mentorship and practical experience in a growing technology organization.
Qualifications

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to grammar and detail.
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently once a task is understood.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • A positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and systems quickly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and open-door environment.
