We are seeking a Staff Product Compliance Manager to support Intuit's money movement products, with a strong focus on ensuring adherence to money transmission requirements and applicable state and federal regulations. This role works directly with product, engineering, and business teams to embed compliance into the product lifecycle - from early design through launch and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business, legal, and compliance teams to drive money movement compliance for payment products, including scoping and defining compliance needs for product launches, material changes, and ongoing program oversight.
  • Evaluate emerging compliance risks and advise business and operations teams on implementing compliant solutions and processes.
  • Communicate product compliance status, initiatives, and evolving regulatory trends to partners and senior leadership, providing data-driven insights that inform risk posture and product strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and controls financial offerings to ensure adherence to applicable laws and relevant regulations.
  • Manage and contribute to regulatory exams, third-party audits, and internal reviews related to compliance and money movement.
  • Apply AI tools to enhance compliance processes, accelerate risk assessments, improve documentation quality, and scale compliance operations across the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with the team to identify, pilot, and operationalize AI-powered solutions that drive greater efficiency and accuracy in compliance workflows, monitoring, and reporting.




Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in fintech product compliance, with specific expertise in fintech and money transmission compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic fund transfers, payment platforms, and the regulatory landscape impacting money movement, including state and federal money transmitter laws.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex compliance issues in a fast-paced, evolving environment with significant time pressures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and the ability to apply AI to compliance workflows, process automation, risk assessment, and documentation. 
  • Proven project management skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally on time-sensitive initiatives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to clearly convey regulatory compliance matters to various stakeholders, including senior management.
