Training & Compliance Manager

JT Services – Claremore, OK Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + Performance Bonuses

JT Services is one of Oklahoma’s fastest‑growing home‑service companies, and we’re building a training and compliance system that sets the standard for excellence in plumbing, HVAC, septic, and customer experience. We’re looking for a Training & Compliance Manager who thrives on structure, coaching, documentation, and building people into high‑performing professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and training for all new hires across multiple departments
  • Facilitate Day 1 “Total Immersion” orientation
  • Build 10‑day launch plans that get field experts operating independently by Day 11
  • Create SOPs, checklists, training modules, and certification paths
  • Audit documentation, photos, invoices, safety, and customer experience
  • Ensure Housecall Pro workflows, Slack communication, and daily routines are followed
  • Coach technicians, CSRs, dispatchers, and emerging leaders
  • Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective training
  • Maintain JT University content and version control
  • Support leadership development and succession planning
