Entry Level Automation Specialist - Fly in/Fly out - Texas, NM, CO

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level Automation Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified Journeyman Electrician or Instrumentation Technician looking to advance their career into PLC and SCADA system programming.

What you will be Doing:

  • Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation and control systems
  • Assist with PLCs, instrumentation, and electrical systems in industrial environments
  • Work alongside experienced automation specialists to develop technical skills
  • Participate in commissioning, testing, and system optimization
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of field activities
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures in remote site environments


Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician or Journeyman Instrumentation Technician certification
  • Minimum 2+ years of post-certification (Journeyman) experience
  • Strong interest in automation, controls, and industrial systems
  • Willingness to travel and work in remote locations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Focus on client service.
  • Be a result driven individual who takes ownership of problems and sees them through to completion.
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail.
