Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Keep the shipping line clear and load small parcel shipments onto FedEx trucks
• Pick orders using RF scanner and set up carts for shipment
• Use Oracle and ProShip to scan, verify, and ship products
• Perform bulk drop and stock duties — moving cases to appropriate locations and stocking them
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products and reject damaged, unsatisfactory, or defective items
• Prepare goods and packages for final shipment and assembly
• Maintain open communication with other departments throughout the shipping and delivery cycle
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of your surroundings at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned to keep operations flowing daily

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent — or 5+ years of related warehouse experience
• Ability and willingness to lift and move at least 20 lbs regularly
• Availability to work overtime as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, or warehouse management software
• Forklift or order picker certification or experience
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English reading and comprehension
