A Brief Overview
Responsible for supporting HCP programs, trade show activities, and PRC operations. This role coordinates and executes HCP programs, brand experiences, meetings, and congresses; oversees logistics, vendor management, and on-site support; and assists with trade show execution and shared inbox management to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the position manages PRC submissions, prioritization tracking, Veeva uploads, process documentation, and training, while maintaining a centralized repository of approved materials and ensuring compliance with promotional review processes.
What You Will Do
  • Program Planning and Execution
    • Planning and execution of brand experiences
    • Design event experiences across journey stages
    • Coordinate logistics and vendors
    • Ensure seamless pre, during, and post-event experience• Submit post event spending
    • CVENT build and support as needed
    • Bootcamp support as needed
  • PRC
    • Management of prioritization tracker across teams
    • Lead PRC prioritization meetings, including review meetings, office hours, and prioritization meetings
    • Manges Veeva uploads / PRC submissions
    • Build and maintain process documents and train all departments • Develop centralized bank for all PRC approved documents and their sources
  • Tradeshow Support
    • Reginal Tradeshow
    • On-Site planning and Support as needed
  • Inboxes
  • Help support team in day-to-day monitoring shared inboxes as needed
  • Event Operations
  • On-site support at HCP events on an as needed basis
  • Other As Directed by manager

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years' Experience with vendor contract management and compliance reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Cvent or another event-registration and attendee-management platform
  • Experience supporting regional and national trade shows, congresses, advisory boards, training programs, or HCP educational programs
  • General understanding of healthcare-professional interactions, promotional-material review, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with event budgets, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and expense reconciliation
