  • Supporting Farm & Business Advisors in the management and growth of agricultural and commercial member portfolios.
  • Acting as a key liaison between members and Advisors, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate service.
  • Gathering, reviewing, and entering member financial information to support lending and portfolio management activities.
  • Complete daily transactions, including opening up memberships, accounts and term deposits, for our members.
  • Assisting with the preparation of credit applications, loan documentation, correspondence, and annual reviews.
  • Building strong relationships with members and serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and banking needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships through referrals and recommendations of products and services.
  • Monitoring account activity and ensuring lending administration activities align with organizational policies, procedures, and risk guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal partners and retail teams to provide holistic financial solutions for members.
  • Supporting process improvements, operational efficiencies, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legislative, security, and operational requirements.

The way people describe you

  • You are highly organized and pay close attention to detail.
  • You enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • You are proactive and take initiative to solve problems and find opportunities.
  • You are a strong communicator who can build trust with both members and colleagues.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy supporting others' success.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with financial information.
  • You are adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning and development.
  • You demonstrate sound judgment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

The experience you bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in financial services, lending administration, agriculture, commercial banking, or a related role.
  • Confidence in leading conversations about financial products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis and accounting principles is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting lending activities and preparing credit documentation is preferred.
  • Understanding agricultural and/or commercial lending is considered an asset.
  • A demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Salary range

$56,014.95 - $70,019.50 with 10% Short-Term Incentive Target

Benefits and perks

The success of our members relies heavily on the performance and accomplishments of our employees. That’s why we prioritize offering our team a variety of perks and benefits designed to support their success and well-being both at work and in their personal lives. Some of these additional benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Generous vacation benefits, giving you time to spend on what’s most important to you
  • Competitive benefit package options, covering all aspects of personal wellness
