TITLE: Senior Human Resource Associate

LOCATION: Onsite in Oswego, IL 5 days/week

COMPRANGE: $60,000-$75,000 / year

Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Senior HR Associate to support our Oswego, ILmanufacturinglocation, a site with approximately 60 employees.

In this role, you will be a trusted member of the Oswego Leadership Team, partnering with the Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Supervisors to strengthen employee engagement, support talent development, and help build a high-performing work team.

As a Senior HR Associate, your responsibilitieswill include:

• Partners with the Plant Manager and HR Manager to enable positive change and address the unique needs of the manufacturing population and management.

• Addresses organizational capability gaps and provides talent development processes and solutions.

• Works with leaders and the HR Manager to develop and implement broad-based team member engagement solutions.

• Works with managers to set business-aligned and measurable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback in a compliant, fair way and within timelines.

• Supports and coaches Plant Management in working through team member relations issues, makingappropriate recommendations, and guiding management on fair,appropriate, and compliant resolutions.

• Conducts new hire onboarding, both virtually and in person, and processes all documents for new team members forOswego, ILensuringaccurateteam member data is entered into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Qualified candidates will have:

• ABachelor'sdegree in HR, Business, ora relatedfield.

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in HR administration.

• At least 1 year ofplantHRmanufacturing experience and exposure.

• Previousexperience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager of other HR professionals, includingdemonstratedleadership, coaching, and development

• Willingnessand abilityto be onsite 5 days a week in Oswego, Illinois.

• Candidates must currentlypossessunrestricted authorization to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What will set you apart:

• Experience with the Workday HCM system

• Experience in the food/CPGindustry

• Bilingual in Spanish

This role is affiliated with the Oswego, IL location, and candidates for this role need toresidewithin a commutable distance of that location and will berequiredto come into that location 5 days per week.You may be asked to travel to other locations periodically for meetings, including theLombard, IL and Alsip, ILfacilities.
