Kambrian is a high-growth IT value-added reseller (VAR) to business and government customers providing software, software, and services. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Ops manager who is responsive, enthusiastic, and flexible to help grow our business. This position provides excellent learning and professional growth opportunities.
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
Sales Operations: support sales process in an operations role in AR/AP (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
Goals: help grow revenues and margins and drive process efficiency
·        Customer: Respond timely to RFQ/RFP (Requests for Quotes/Proposals) from customers by due date and with attention to details; create accurate invoicing and prompt payment from customers (AR)
·        Vendors: Source products from IT manufacturers and distributors and obtain quotes; ensure on-time drop-shipments from distributors; verify invoices from vendors are correct (AP)
·        Maintaining customer: update customer records in database for marketing campaign rollout, e.g. newsletter, outbound calls among others
 
Skills and Experience requirements:
·        4-year college degree preferred with at least  years of work experience or equivalent work experience 
·        Must be flexible to take on new tasks for a fast-changing environment of a small company. 
·        Must be organized with meticulous attention to detail; 
·        Must be good with number
·        Must be able to prioritize tasks and identify customer issues for escalation
·        Must be creative in solve issues because every situation is different
·        Must have excellent communications and customer skills to build trust and relationship with customers, field technicians, and other stakeholders. 
·        Interests in learning new IT technologies and solutions preferred; interests in learning new technologies.
