Job description

Highbar is looking for an operations associate to distribute products to our customers and receive, organize, and stage product in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload delivery vehicles and outbound trucks
  • Move, count and organize inventory
  • Pick necessary product for staging
  • "Build" and wrap pallets of outgoing product
  • Stage outgoing build pallets
  • Communicate with fellow operations personnel on a wide range of inventory related issues and topics
  • Work as part of a team to complete daily inventory prep

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift, move and deliver product of all shapes, sizes, and weight, including heavy bulk items
  • Ability to handle light assembly of chairs, bookcases, desks, tables, stands, mail sorters, etc
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Drivers License in good standing
  • Excellent attendance

Desired

  • Proven working experience as a warehouse associate
  • Ability to operate hand truck, forklift and pallet jack
